GODLY MAN RETREAT INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE & DURING THE RETREAT

1. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:

As part of PVN brotherhood culture, we will travel to the retreat location in a

convoy. Please gather at the Bradbury Hub (the church office) at 1 p.m. on Friday,

July 26th.

Ensure your schedule is clear for the entire day to participate fully in all activities

planned for Friday.

2. CARPOOLING:

If you are driving, please make room in your vehicle for others who may need

transportation to the venue.

3. ON-SITE ACTIVITIES:

Your registration fee includes paintballing. Additional activities (e.g., zorbing, treetop

climbing, archery) must be booked in advance. Visit

4. MEALS:

Breakfast and dinner are included in your registration. For extra snacks or lunch,

you may use the on-site restaurants or nearby convenience stores.

5. ACCOMMODATION:

Beddings are not provided. Please bring your own bedding (duvets, pillows,

covers) and toiletries.

6. RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

All participants must complete the risk acknowledgement form before taking part in
